Welcome to The Organising Store! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from our store. By accessing our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Currency & Pricing

​

  • All prices displayed on our website are officially processed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD).

  • Prices displayed are typically pre-tax amounts. Applicable taxes are applied at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • We may offer multi-currency viewing options (including USD and GBP) as a convenience for our international customers purchasing for local delivery. Please note that these foreign currency rates are estimates based on standard commercial exchange rates, and your card issuer may apply slight conversion differences or foreign transaction fees.

2. Payment Terms​

  • Direct Bank Transfer: We accept manual bank deposits or online transfers. To secure your order, you must email a clear screenshot of your payment transfer confirmation to contactus@organisingstore.com within 24 hours of checkout. We will not pack, dispatch, or hold inventory until the bank transfer is fully verified and cleared in our account.

  • Card Payments: We are currently integrating online credit and debit card processing. Once active, all card transactions will be processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant local payment gateway provider.

3. Verification & Security Protocols

​

To ensure a secure checkout experience, we reserve the right to delay dispatch or cancel any order that triggers security red flags. You may be requested to provide matching identification or complete additional authorization steps before your transaction is finalized.

4. Customized Projects & Closets

​

Our design team works closely with you on customized closet layouts and modular configurations. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all physical measurements submitted for these projects are accurate. Once payment is made on customized materials or modular closets and production/cutouts has started, orders are locked and cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.

The Organising Store shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential damages resulting from the improper assembly, installation, or overloading of our storage systems, shelving units, or modular closets by third-party installers or customers.

​​

The Organising Store is not liable for clients’ walls/floors not being plumb, square, or level.
