Shipping Policy

At The Organising Store, we want to ensure your home storage and modular closet solutions arrive safely and efficiently. Because our products range from small organizing accessories to heavy modular closet systems, we customize our delivery methods to give you the most secure and cost-effective service.

Delivery Methods & Timelines

We offer delivery islandwide. Orders are processed within 1-2 days of payment confirmation and shipping times may vary depending on items ordered and delivery location. Most deliveries within Kingston on small to medium items will be delivered within 1-3 days after order has been processed. Inter-parish deliveries within 2-4 days after processing. Delivery times will vary for large item orders such as furniture and modular closet systems. You will be contacted directly by our team to schedule a delivery window and make any other necessary arrangements. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain areas at our discretion. This may include volatile areas, difficult to access areas, etc.

We determine the best delivery method on an order-by-order basis depending on the item's size, weight, and your delivery address. Options include but are not limited to:

Local bearer courier, Knutsford Express, ZipMail, Tara Courier Services, In-house delivery team.

Rates

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Applies to most small and medium-sized organizing products island-wide.

  • Heavy & Bulky Items: Large furniture pieces, customized closet systems, and heavy modular units are excluded from flat-rate and free shipping offers. These items incur a separate delivery fee calculated at checkout or quoted directly by our sales team based on weight, volume, and destination.

Click & Collect: In-Store Pickup

If you prefer to collect your order directly, we offer free pickup at two convenient locations. To protect your security and prevent transaction fraud, we enforce a strict verification process.

 

1.Place Order & Wait for Ready Email:Within 24-48 hours.

Wait until you receive a formal "Ready for Pickup" email notification before heading to your selected location.

2.Choose Your Pickup Location:Based on your selection at checkout.

We operate out of two pickup points:

  • Constant Spring Road: 114 Constant Spring Road, Kingston

  • Ferry: Mandela Highway

3.Present Required Security Credentials: Mandatory for release of goods.

Upon arrival, you must present:

  • A copy of your order receipt (digital or printed).

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, National ID, or Passport) matching the name on the order.

  • The physical credit/debit card used for the online transaction (if applicable) for card-not-present verification.

4.Complete Collection:Within 7 calendar days.

All orders must be collected within 7 calendar days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Orders left past 7 days may will be cancelled

 

Third-Party Pickups: If you are authorizing a third party (including a private courier or bearer) to collect your order, you must email a signed, written authorization letter to us in advance containing the full name and ID number of the designated collector. The third-party collector must present their matching physical ID and a copy of your order receipt upon arrival.
